For a considerable period of that time he acted as an advisor to the group as the representative of the Marches Division of the HSE, in his role as Principal Inspector.
His valued input to the group has continued even during his retirement from the HSE.
He is a well respected and knowledgeable member of the Group Executive who has given up his time freely to assist both the group and individual members.
Sadly Keith has been diagnosed with MSA (multiple system atrophy).
MSA is associated with the degeneration of nerve cells in specific areas of the brain. This cell degeneration causes problems with movement, balance and other functions of the body. Unfortunately there is no known cure.
On behalf of the group membership, the Group President Jean Embury, the Group Executive Trevor Fletcher and all of the Executive Committee we would like to extend our best wishes to Keith, his wife Ann and his family during this difficult time.
